My career has taken me through startups, enterprises, and everything in between. For the past 10+ years, I've focused heavily on fintech and regulated industries, where the stakes are high, the auditors are watching, and there's no room for delivery theater.

Along the way, I became a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner—not because certifications solve problems, but because I believe in understanding the foundations deeply before adapting them to reality.

Today, I help organizations navigate the messy intersection of strategy and execution.
